Accommodation details

Initially, we book teachers into a guest house of the school’s choosing and pay for the first 5 night’s accommodation. After the first 5 nights teachers are free to seek other accommodation or they can arrange to stay with the guesthouse for longer.

• Shared houses from 120 - 200 GBP;
• Own apartments from 250-300 GBP.

We can put you in touch with housing agents and others who can help you find appropriate accommodation.

Shared housing is relatively easy to find as is solo private accommodation, although the cost will depend on different factors. Please bear in mind that most landlords will require 3 or 4 months rent up-front, as a form of security deposit, before allowing you to move in.

Assistance is given by the school if the teacher feels unable to sort out their own housing arrangements. All housing costs throughout the teacher’s stay in Vietnam are the responsibility of the teacher.
