Programme cost

The total programme fee is GBP 300.

The Booking fee is GBP 150 and this needs to be paid at the time of application. This fee is applied towards the programme fee balance once the teaching placement is confirmed.

What is included in the fee?

• Annual health insurance allowance;
• Contract completion bonus;
• Visa and work permit cost paid;

• Assistance with the work placement;
• Airport pick up and transfer
• Guidance and advice during the application process;
• Total assistance during your staying in Vietnam
• Free “Survival Vietnamese” lessons to help teachers with their transition to life in Vietnam;
• 5 nights’ free accommodation in guesthouse within walking distance from work.

What is not included in the fee?

• International flight from hometown to Vietnam;
• Any daily living, personal expenses.

Cancellation

• The booking fee (GBP 150) is non-refundable if the candidate cancels from the programme once the teaching job has been confirmed;
• GBP 100 from the booking deposit is refunded if the candidate decides to withdraw from the programme before a job offer has been confirmed;
• There are no refunds once the candidate is in Vietnam;
• The booking deposit is refunded, less GBP 50 in case of visa denial.
