Programme Cost

Program costs 700 GBP and 50 GBP booking fee (non refundable, part of the program fee)

What Is Included In The Fee

• Assistance with the work placement;
• Guidance and advice during the application process;
• Accommodation;
• Processing of visa documentation;
• Program maintenance;
• Orientation;
• Information materials;
• Insurance.

What Is Not Included In The Fee

• Visa application fee;
• SEVIS fee;
• Airfare to and from your home country;
• Any daily living, personal expenses;
• Meals

Cancellation

• If you submit false information, the programme fee is non-refundable.
• If you cancel after a placement has been arranged, there will be no refunds.
• If you cancel before the placement confirmation, the programme fee will be refunded less 20%.
• 50% of the programme fee will be refunded in the case of illness or an accident, but only if material evidence is provided.
• If your visa is denied for any unforeseen reason we will refund the programme fee less £200. In order to receive your refund, Global Choices must receive a copy of your passport (picture page and page stamped by the Embassy), letter stating the reason of denial and the DS-2019 form.
• Under no circumstances will a refund be issued once you have entered the U.S.
