Cancellations & Refunds

Terms And Conditions:

Failing to comply with the time limit of payments of the program, Global Choices will cancel the corresponding booking and will retain the initial deposit (GBP 100).

If the cancellation is made 12 weeks before the beginning of the course, Global Choices will retain the deposit of the program (GBP 100).

In case cancellation is made after confirming his/her place and 6 weeks before beginning, the deposit of the program will be retained (GBP 100) plus 15% of the total cost of the volunteering program.

In the event that participant cancels the volunteer program on the day of his/her arrival to the program, no refund will be made by Global Choices.

All refunds of the total cost of the program will be subject to a deduction of minimum GBP 100 administration fee.

Global Choices will only validate cancellation made by e-mail through info@globalchoices.co.uk, telegram, fax or by mail. In all cases Global Choices will apply cancellation and administration charges.

Global Choices will not be responsible for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or personal reasons.

In the event of cancellation or suspension of the volunteering program for reason outside Global Choices management control, Global Choices will compromise to offer the participant an alternative program where the same terms and conditions are applied.

Alternatively Global Choices will compensate the applicant with equivalent economic value of the program, subject to cancellation terms and conditions. Global Choices will not be held responsible for damages or emerging damages caused by such a situation.

The participant is responsible to communicate with Global Choices in writing of any problems that may arise during their volunteering program.
