Programme cost

• Booking fee - £50
• Programme fee - £250

What’s included in the fee

• Company search and processing of internship;
• Follow-up with the host company;
• Your introduction to the company by the Community Coordinator;
• Cultural activities organised by the school.

What’s not included

• Round trip to Spain;
• Airport transfer;
• Travel expenses to the final destination in Spain;
• Health and travel insurance. This you can purchase from Global Choices at an extra cost;
• Changes in booking;
• Housing. Neither the reservation nor the payment of rent is included. You will be responsible for paying these expenses directly, including the required one-month deposit.

Cancellation

• The booking fee of £50 is non-refundable;
• If applicant cancels the programme more than 60 days before the beginning of the programme, 20% of the programme fee is non-refundable. If the applicant cancels 30-59 days before the start of the programme, 50% of the fee is non-refundable. Any applicant that cancels less than 30 days before the start of the programme will forfeit his/her programme fee;
• There are no refunds after the applicant begins the programme.
