Programme costs

Total Programme fee: GBP 400

Deposit GBP 150 is to be paid with the application form (this is a part of a total programme fee).

Please note: No application will be activated unless we receive the booking fee.

The remaining programme fee is payable once the placement has been confirmed.

What is included in the fee?

• Registration and Enrolment;
• Arranging accommodation for the entire length of the stay (accommodation included for some locations, depending on the employer);
• Placement confirmation;
• If the applicant needs to improve his/her knowledge of Spanish then we can also arrange for Spanish language courses;
• Orientation and guidance meeting;
• Free internet access;
• Free post box Services;
• 24 Hours HELP & SUPPORT line.

What is not included in the fee?

• Round trip to Spain;
• Airport transfer;
• Travel expenses to the final destination in Spain;
• Health and travel insurance. This is the participant can get from Global Choices at an extra cost;
• The change of the booking.

Cancellation policy

• If the applicant cancels once the placement has been confirmed, the deposit of GBP 150 is non-refundable.
• There is no refund after the applicant starts his/her participation in the programme.
• There is no refund if the applicant does not comply with the programme.
