Programme cost

The applicants need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of USD 100 with the application pack. This fee must be paid when you get the confirmation about eligibility from our programme coordinator.

Other costs

Travel medical insurance is mandatory. You can apply for coverage through Global Choices. Details of a variety of insurance coverage schemes can be found on our website.

What is included in the fee

• Personalized internship search and placement;
• Total assistance during stay in Brazil by a local representative;
• Assistance from Global Choices throughout the programme;
• Visa documentation;
• Arrival orientation documents.

What is not included in the fee

• Return airfare to Brazil;
• Internal flights and weekend trips;
• Accommodation and meals;
• Temporary Visa I fees;
• Portuguese classes;
• Travel medical insurance (mandatory).

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation policy is as follows:

• Prior to arrival in Brazil, after placement confirmation and acceptance, partial refund, minus US$ 300;
• After arrival, no refunds will be made;
• In the case of visa denial, partial refund, minus US$ 250.
