For the position of Language Coach, you will be placed with a host family. Brazilian host families tend to take an active interest in their language coach. You can expect family members to be enthusiastic about learning about your culture, country, language, family, friends, etc., and they will always help you feel at home with them and the community.
Living with a family, you will experience a complete immersion into the Brazilian way of life. You will have the opportunity to become fluent in the Portuguese language, enjoy the wonderful cuisine and make lifetime friends. As a member of the family you will participate in all family activities, whether you live in a large city or small town.
