Eligibility

Attention: only applicants from U.K., Ireland, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Slovakia, Ukraine, Poland and Turkey can apply.

• Between 18 and 45 years of age;
• Fine Dining Experience;
• Hold a High School Degree;
• Willingness to work hard;
• Be in full health and pass the drug test upon arrival in the USA;
• Possess a valid passport past the duration of the employment;

How to Apply for the H2B Work in USA programme:

Read the programme description attentively so that you understand what Global Choices has to offer. Fill out an application form carefully. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Submit it to Global Choices together with all other required documents and the 200GBP of deposit.

You will be invited to pass an interview with employer in London in May 2010. The remaining insurance fee to be paid after an interview for successful applicants.

An Employment Agreement Form will be sent to you for your signature, describing the details of the job offer. This is a binding contract between the employer and the employee.

Deadlines

All H2B placements are filled on first come first serve basis, so if you wish to book for a placement now then you need send us the completed application form, along with the 200GBP deposit.

Required Documents

• Insurance deposit;
• Completed application form with signed terms and conditions;
• Recommendation from previous employers (Reference), if available;
• Resume & CV;
• Proof of completion of secondary education;
• Copy of passport;
• 2 passport size photos.

Work Permits and Visa

Global choices will provide all documentation for H2B visa including the labour certification to work in the US. You will need to apply for the visa yourself at the US embassy.

All information provided in the application forms and other materials must be true and accurate. Recommendations and certificates from places of previous employment or educational institutions must be drawn on official letterheads and must contain full information of the entity and manager’s names, telephone numbers and address. All documents must be in English language only or translated by certified translator.
