Eligibility

Attention: All Nationalities Are Welcome!

• Over 18 years of age;
• Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level;
• Ability to be on top of mountains;
• Good English speaking skills;
• Customer service and or sales experience in retail environment;
• Be in full health and pass the drug test upon arrival in the USA;
• Possess a valid passport past the duration of the employment;

How to Apply for the H2B Work in USA programme:

Read the programme description carefully so that you understand what Global Choices has to offer. Fill out an application form carefully. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Submit it to Global Choices together with all other required documents and the full programme fee.

Your application will be forwarded to appropriate employers for their review. Once the final placement decision is made, an Employment Agreement Form will be sent to you for your signature, describing the details of the job offer. This is a binding contract between the employer and the employee.

When you have signed the Employment Agreement form, Global Choices will submit the H2B petition to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services for review. Once the decision has been made, Global choices will issue an I-797 form, which is necessary to apply for H2B visa in your home country.

Deadlines

All H2B placements are filled on first come first serve basis, so if you wish to book for a placement now then you need send us the completed application form, along with the booking deposit.

Please note that your application must be submitted by 28th of July 2008

Required Documents

• Completed application form with signed terms and conditions;
• Recommendation from previous employers (Reference), if available;
• Resume or CV;
• Proof of completion of secondary education;
• Copy of passport;
• 2 passport size photos;
• Criminal record .

Work Permits and Visa

Global choices will provide all documentation for H2B visa including the labour certification to work in the US. You will need to apply for the visa yourself at the US embassy.

All information provided in the application forms and other materials must be true and accurate. Recommendations and certificates from places of previous employment or educational institutions must be drawn on official letterheads and must contain full information of the entity and manager’s names, telephone numbers and address. All documents must be in English language only or translated by certified translator.
