Programme Cost

The total programme fee is GBP 600.

GBP 200 to be paid at the time of application as booking fee. This applies towards the balance of the programme.

GBP 400 paid once the placement is confirmed. The H2B petition and other visa related documents will be released upon receipt of full payment.

NB: No application will be processed without the booking deposit

What’s Included in the Fee

• All legal documentation regarding the employment of the participants;
• Filing of the petition with the US Department of Labor and Homeland Security for H2B visas;
• Processing the Department of Labor certification application and the H2B visa petition, including the US$185 regular processing service fee;
• 24-hour emergency contact;
• Participant handbook and USA guide;
• Support for employers and employees throughout the programme.

What’s not included

• Round trip airfare to the US;
• Visa fee;
• Airport transfers;
• Transportation expenses to final work placement;
• Utilities, rent, furnishings and other daily living expenses;
• Health and travel insurance for the period of employment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If the candidate decides to withdraw from the programme once the application process has started, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• If the candidate decides to cancel the process once the H2B documentation has been issued then no refund is given.
• If the H-2B Visa is denied for any foreseen reason the programme fee will be refunded less GBP 150. To receive the refund, Global Choices must receive a copy of the candidates passport (picture page; page stamped by the US Embassy; letter from the US embassy; and letter from the partner company stating the request for a refund or reason of denial).
• If the candidate fails the drug test upon arrival in the USA, the employment contract is cancelled and there will be no refunds.
• If the employer terminates employment due to any unforseen reasons, there will be no refunds.
• If the candidate decides to return to their home country without finishing the entire programme for any given reason, the candidate is not entitled to any refund.
