H2B Work in USA-2010

Programme Cost: Free (due to the regulations of USA governement all fees are being paid by your employer in the USA)

A deposit of 200 GBP should be paid once applying for the program. This fee will go towards your Insurance to be purchased from Global Choices after you receive your visa. The remaining insurance fee to be paid after successfull interview with employer in London in May 2010.

Only fully registered applicants will be invited for an interview.

You will be provided with the following services:

• All legal documentation regarding the employment of the participants;
• Filing of the petition with the US Department of Labor and Homeland Security for H2B visas;
• Processing the Department of Labor certification application and the H2B visa petition, including the US$185 regular processing service fee;
• 24-hour emergency contact;
• Participant handbook and USA guide;
• Support for employers and employees throughout the programme.
• Pre-arranged accommodation;
• Meals during shift hours;
• Transportation to and from work;
• Uniforms (except shoes – which must be black, non-skid);
• Plane Ticket.

What’s not included

• Visa fee;
• Living expenses and insurance.

Cancellation

• However, if applicants cancel at any stage no refund will be given.
• If employer rejects or applicants petition is denied a refund less £50 will be given.
• If visa is denied and agency cannot replace applicant, no refund is made.
